Mr. Chowdhury is a dynamic figure in his field, having graduated from Jahurul Islam Medical College & Hospital with a bachelor's degree in medicine. After completing his studies, he took responsibility for his parental business, Expo Traders Ltd. He began with the supply and construction of the "Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge Railway Project." Gradually, he established the stock market company, built an IT & Equipment Supply business, and completed construction projects on many national development projects under his supervision. Not only that, but he also became a member of the Dhaka Stock Exchange Members Association. Thanks to his vision, BCCL has completed several national projects for Bangladesh Railway, RAJUK, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Air Force, Roads, and Highways, and will complete many more in the coming days. He is currently a member of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd., Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bangladesh Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI), Bangladesh – Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTCCI), and Dhaka Club Ltd., All Community Club Ltd, Army Golf Club, Moinamoti Golf Club, Comilla, among other social clubs. BCCL is poised to become a successful national megaproject contractor with ambitious leadership.

Mr. Omar is a devoted businessman with over 20 years of experience in the construction and commerce industries. His contractor career began with his parent's company, Business Expo Traders Ltd. His enthusiasm has led him to be a successful entrepreneur since he was a youngster. Various construction regulatory agencies have entrusted him. He was involved in the railroad construction project, supply, auction unit of Expo Traders, at a very young age, etc. He received the Young Entrepreneur Award for his contribution to national development programs. Under his guidance, South Asia's largest fountain was installed at the Hatirjheel combined project. BCCL was certified to ISO 9001:2015, under which he developed BCCL as a 3rd-dimension company. His goal is for BCCL to become the country's most important construction and engineering hub. Mr. Omar has been driving the company's operations and expanding its vision in a sustainable growth way since its start. He is a member of All Community Club Ltd, Dhaka Club, Uttara Recreation Club, Army Golf Club, and Moinamoti Golf Club, Comilla.

Mr. Ahmed is a passionate and self-motivated young entrepreneur. He graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering. He worked for Forbes Fortune 500 companies following his studies before joining BCCL as the Deputy Managing Director. His perspective enlightened BCCL's and the entire business group's route. He has begun to unify all of his enterprises under the umbrella name "Goni Group." With his guidance, BCCL achieved ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2009, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications relatively quickly. Mr. Ahmed has launched the SEBPO, Food Chain, International Trading, and Software Development. He has guided the market toward development by using lean six sigma inside all sister organizations. He was a part-time lecturer and coach at the University of Central Missouri and was an IEEE and IEB member in Bangladesh. He was also Vice President of the UCM Chapter of the American Society for Quality, a founding member of the Young Entrepreneur Association of Missouri, and BASIS in Bangladesh. He is in charge of project management, data acquisition, strategic decisions, management operations, and supplier relationships at BCCL.

Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Kazi Shakil Hossain is a veteran civil engineer from Bangladesh Army Corp of Engineers. He was graduated from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) in the year 2008. During his long and worthy military career he has served both in home and abroad in the field of nation building and many remarkable projects. He is an expert on both horizontal and vertical construction including land development and landscaping.

MD. Altaf Hossain is a renowaned veteeran civil engineer from Bangladesh Univeresity of Engineering & Technology (BUET) since 19977 he is contrubuting to the devlopment of this country. He has done various remarkable projects in Bangladesh in the field of Sewarage System, Pipeline, Water Flow & Under Water System etc.
